SCHOOL STANDARDS

REAL ESTATE PRE-LICENSING COURSES:

Students are given examinations in a similar style and format as the final licensing format they may be taking upon completion of the course.  

The open book quizzes will be graded and any problems they have will be addressed by one of our instructors. 

A minimum of 75% is considered satisfactory.  Any student not maintaining a 75% average is allowed to retake a quiz or final examination, FREE of charge. 

With all this in place ACI is confident that its students will be successful in their endeavors.

REAL ESTATE CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES:

The department of real estate requires that students pass the CEU final with a score of 75% or better.
